MJ Collection Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to MJ Collection, a service by ANCOSOLUTIONS-IT (Quito, Ecuador) for browsing the Michael Jordan trading card checklist and managing your own collection. By creating an account or signing in, you accept these terms.
1. Use of the service
MJ Collection lets you browse the checklist, mark the cards you own or want, and record their grade, price paid, certificate number and notes. Market information (eBay, Goldin and others) opens on third-party sites and is for reference only; we do not sell cards or guarantee prices.
2. Your account
You can register with your own account, with Google, or sign in with your OGS account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We store passwords using irreversible hashing; we never see or share them. If you sign in with OGS or Google, we receive your identifier, username, name and email from that provider to create your MJ Collection account; your OGS or Google password is never stored here.
3. Browsing data we record
To improve the experience and build usage statistics, we record every visit to MJ Collection, even when you are not signed in:
- Pages and sections you visit, entry and exit times, and time spent on each page.
- Interactions on the page: searches, filters, eras viewed, cards opened, market links used, changes to your collection and how far you scroll.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and operating system (user agent), device type, language, screen size, time zone and referring page.
When you sign in, this browsing data is linked to your account.
4. How we use this information
- To understand which cards, sets and eras interest collectors most and prioritize checklist improvements.
- To detect errors and improve speed and usability on every type of device.
- To produce aggregated statistics and analysis (big data) about how the service is used.
- To protect the service against abuse and unauthorized access.
We do not sell your personal data. Any analysis we share with third parties will always be aggregated and anonymous.
5. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active or while it is needed for the purposes above. We apply reasonable technical measures: password hashing, controlled connections, access logs and attempt limits.
6. Your rights
Under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, you can request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your data, object to its processing, and ask for the portability of your collection (you can export it at any time from the checklist). Contact us through the ANCOSOLUTIONS-IT channels (ancosolutions-it.com) or the support page in your account.
7. Paid plans
The Free plan lets you track your collection in up to 10 sets; Plan 1 in up to 100 sets (monthly); Plan 2 in every set (monthly); and Plan 3 in every set with a single lifetime payment. Payments are made in cash, by deposit or by bank transfer; plans are activated once an administrator confirms the payment.
8. Cookies
We use a session cookie that is required to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Intellectual property
Michael Jordan, trading card brands and set names belong to their respective owners. MJ Collection is a reference catalog for collectors and has no official relationship with them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When the version changes, we will ask you to accept it again when you sign in. Every acceptance is recorded with the date, time, IP address and browser.
